I personally like to be the one on the other side of the lens taking the photos, not a big fan of having my photo taken, so I’ll take your word for it 🙂
Wow! Where was the photo taken? (I’m not sure about the quote, there are lots of things that aren’t fun that we have to do – cleaning immediately springs to mind!)
It is shockingly simple isn’t it, and I wonder how many people have read it and disapproved instantly, those people that believe that having fun is not a serious pursuit in life! lol
Exactly so, I think it’s more a case of not flogging a dead horse and entertaining a little more spontaneity in life, also enjoying the mundane as well as the out of the ordinary. Whether you enjoy something or not is up to you.
The quote carries a subtext for all those that love to be a buzzkill for the sake of it! 🙂
I am reminded of Mary Poppins….”Just a spoonful of sugar…”
One of life’s great lessons demonstrated in a great movie.
Are you back?
I loved that movie when I was a kid, back in the day when the showing of such films on T.V. were a major event!
Spontaneity is good for the soul so to speak. I’m back now yes.
Smile…Unlce Albert was always my favorite character in that film.
How was you hol?
My holiday was…. well I’m somewhat at a loss for words… oddly enough! It was an amazing experience, I even visited John’s family town and mountain while I was there. The photo is taken up his neck of the woods, beautiful isn’t it? He’s a lucky bastard!
AWESOME! Yes!
It is amazingly simple, but carries within in so many implications! 🙂
I love this photo.
Thank you Bill
You would be fun to photograph. 🙂

This photo was taken in the Italian Alps at ‘Tre Cime’ in North-East Italy. The quote is sound, and your interpretation of it is relevant to you 🙂
I totally agree! Great quote! 😀

Hugs 🙂
Indeed hon! 😀 *hugs*
Nice to see someone has a smile on their dial…
Some things can still be fun, one merely has to approach them differently.
